Spoon in Beauty Face Yoga Routine

I introduce two spoons in my daily Beauty Face Yoga routine. After applying one of my favorites oils on t he face and neck (almond, coconut, olive or marigold) place the backs of the two cold spoons (not freezing) under the eyes and as close to the inner corners as possible. Than, apply a little bit of pressure and slowly glide the spoons toward the outer corners. The gliding movement will help drain the fluid that’s pooling underneath the eyes, while the cold spoons will help minimize puffiness.
