Good digestion is very significant for the health and beauty. It is of the utmost priority to relieve toxins from the body on a daily basis.

Mint tea is, to my opinion, one of the best home remedy to help alleviate a digestive problems. Peppermint contains menthol, which has an antispasmodic effect that relaxes the muscles of the digestive tract. I drink mint tea before going to bed which helps me going to the toilet regularly every morning.

Ginger tea is also very good remedy against constipation. Ginger is a “warming” herb that causes the inside of the body to generate more heat; this can help speed up sluggish digestion.

The cup of the warm water after every meal or before bed time will also stimulate digestion and help relieve constipation.

The citric acid in lemon juice acts as a stimulant to digestive system and can help flush toxins from the body. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into a glass of water every morning, or add lemon to tea

High in fiber, dry raisins also has a laxative effect. One study shows that people who ate dry raisins every day have digested food make it through the digestive track in half the time it took other subjects who did not. Dry cherries, apricots and prunes are also rich in fiber and can help relieve from the constipation.

Walk or have exercise every day.  Even a daily 15-minute walk can help move food through your bowel more quickly. If you feel sleepy after a heavy meal go out on the fresh air instead of lying down.
